About the Trip

Hamata Islands are known for their pristine beaches, coral reefs, and rich marine life. The Red Sea region, including the Hamata Islands, is a popular destination for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts due to its clear waters and diverse marine ecosystems.

Do not confuse Shaab Samadai/Marsa Alam Dolphin House with Sataya Reef, also called “Dolphin House”. The two sites offer similar “snorkeling with dolphins” experiences but are over 100km apart.

Embark on a full day of snorkeling in the pristine natural beauty around the Hamata Islands. On this guided trip, sail around the three Virgin Islands, explore the lagoons and reefs, and enjoy lunch while on board. See tropical fish, corals, and birds as you visit the islands.

To begin your tour, enjoy a pickup service from your hotel to the Hamata Marina. There, meet your snorkeling guide, board your boat, and chart a course for the Hamata Islands. Then you'll have the opportunity to snorkel in some of the most pristine and unspoiled coral reefs in the region. Moreover you will also enjoy Sandy Beach Hamata Island, also known as Hamata Sandy Beach. This pristine area is renowned for its stunning sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant marine life.

After enjoying the sandy beaches, you will board your boat and enjoy a lunch at sea. Your captain will take you to the final snorkeling site where you will be able to enjoy the region's stunning underwater landscapes, vibrant coral reefs, and diverse marine life once more.

In the end, sail back to Hamata Marina, and from there, wrap up your tour with transportation back to your  Alam hotel.

It is far less crowded than some of the more popular tourist destinations in Egypt, making it an ideal spot for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty.

Sandy Shoreline:

As the name suggests, the beach is characterized by soft, golden sand that stretches along the shoreline. The calm and shallow waters near the beach make it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and other water activities.

Snorkeling and Diving:

The waters around Hamata Island are renowned for their pristine coral reefs and abundant marine life. Snorkeling and diving enthusiasts can explore the vibrant underwater world, encountering colorful coral formations, tropical fish, and even the possibility of seeing turtles, rays, and dolphins.

Remote Location:

Sandy Beach Hamata Island's remote location means that it is not as easily accessible as some other tourist spots.

Eco-Friendly Tourism:

Many tour operators in the area promote eco-friendly and sustainable tourism practices to protect the fragile marine ecosystem. They often emphasize responsible snorkeling and diving to minimize environmental impact.
